Would have given 5 stars, however one of the reception lady's is quite rude. I'm told to come back by the doctor the next day l and not to worry about booking however, felt like I was an inconvenience to the reception lady after following doctors instructions not to make a booking. Saying "I have nothing saying that here" and "well a booking would be helpful". She was just an unpleasant person. However everyone was very pleasant to deal with and the doctors are great, so I will return even with the rude receptionist.

This was my first time here... I read the reviews of other places and decided to give this practice a go... Appointment was done on time.. Place was clean and receptionist was helpful. Parking may be an issue if it is busy but I think you can always park at the shops just adjacent to the practice.

It was good experience visiting the Beckenham medical centre as I was new patient, receptionist was very helpful, provided us all the information required and registration process was easy with her help wait time was very minimal and well looked after by the Doctor. Thanks to all involved. Great experience and service, friendly staff.

Highly professional, thorough and caring doctors. The best GP I have had in a long time. I genuinely feel heard and cared about by my GP, Aqeelah Tabasum, and her colleagues I have seen on the odd occasion she has been unavailable. I am very grateful I have found such a fantastic clinic for mine and my son’ health care needs.

WORST RECEPTIONIST Dr was so nice and kind but the receptionist name TAMMY she is the horrible most person in the whole Perth. Always angry and shouting and very miserable misbehaving and unprofessional.She is really unfit for this job she has no skills to talk to the patient. She is big racist.

We went for a general checkup. The doctor and staffs have Excellent hospitality and patience.. answered all out queries without any negligence. Will be going here hereafter for all my medical issues.

it was our first appointment with the center and first impression was very bad due to the attitude of the receptionist. We told her at the beginning this was our first appointment and she was very rude whole time and we depressed may be its due to our skin colour. With her way of talking to us we thought to cancel the appointment and find another because we went their to treat our 4 year old baby. We really felt mistreated and helpless they was she treated. A receptionist in health sector should treat the people coming to the clinic understanding that all kind o people need help when it come to the health. it was a very bad experience. I an posting this comment by thinking this will not happen to anyone else. Also I must say that doctors was very friendly and he treated us and our baby very friendly and kind manner. we are really happy about his service and treatment. He had no rush and treatment after full examination.
